Every home seller’s situation is different, so I will customize a strategy for your specific needs. I don’t  just price your home, stick a sign out front, print fliers and place it on the MLS.  I’m a full service agent…but I always provide much more. Using the newest techniques, like absorption rate pricing and online marketing, I will make sure you understand how to best position your home on the market. We’ll go beyond the crunching numbers online…we’ll tour the homes that will be your toughest competition.  I’ll even purchase a staging consultation for you with a professional interior designer.

If you think the photos you see by professional realtors do little to help sell houses, you are right. All of my listings are professionally photographed, so your home looks its best the first time agents and buyers see it, online.   A virtual tour of your home will be created, so buyers can see themselves in your home to inspire them to see it in person.  Plus two hundred of your neighbors will receive post cards announcing your listing, in case they know someone interested in moving to the neighborhood.
