There was a 22 percent decrease in inventory this past quarter, with active listings down from 73 to 57. A year ago at this time, there were 239 active listings.
- Sold Homes
Congress Park real estate joins the city-wide trend with a spike in closings this past quarter. There were 67 homes sold in June to August, 2014, compared to 48 in March to May — a 40 percent increase.
- Days on the Market
The Congress Park real estate properties that were on the market this summer moved very fast. The days on the market (DOM) decreased 72 percent, from 69 to 19 days.
- Average Sales Price
A slight decrease in the average sales price this past quarter brought Congress Park real estate down from $352,691 to $332,180.
